The City of Los Angeles’ Office of Public Accountability (OPA) invites community members to share their feedback on experiences with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power affordability. The survey is designed to better understand the unique affordability challenges facing you and your family, as well as things you’d like to see LADWP do to make your bill more manageable.
