I-5 Freight Corridor Construction Project
Caltrans has proposed to rebuild eight bridges that over cross the I-5 freeway. These Bridges are: Sheldon St bridge, Laurel Canyon Blvd bridge, Peoria St Bridge, Lankershim Blvd Bridge, Tuxford Off-Ramp over crossing, Olinda St Pedestrian Overcrossing, Roscoe Blvd Bridge, Sunland Blvd Bridge. The work entails raising the height of these bridges. If you drive the I-5 Freeway north or south during this construction period (of 5-7 years) you will be affected.
Caltrans ha propuesto reconstruir 8 puentes que sobre cruzan la autopista I-5. Estos Puentes son: Puente de Sheldon St., puente de Laurel Canyon Blvd., puente de Peoria St., puente de Lankershim Blvd., el sobrecruce de la salida de Tuxford, el sobrecruce peatonal de Olinda St., el puente de Roscoe Blvd. y el puente de Sunland Blvd. Si usted transita la autopista I-5 hacia el norte o sur durante este tiempo de construcción (de 5-7 años) usted sera afectado.

*Negative Declaration: is a document that states upon completion of an initial study, that there is no substantial evidence that the project may have a significant effect on the environment.
